The survey, completed in early 2016, also suggested different  areas of contributing structures that might comprise a series of <a href=\"https:\/\/historicbouldincreek.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Bouldin-proposed-districts-map-4.11.16-1.pdf\">local historic districts<\/a> (LHD) if  property owners  applied to the city&#8217;s program  for that designation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey includes a  <a href=\"https:\/\/historicbouldincreek.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Bouldin-Survey-Report_151211-1.pdf\">survey report<\/a>, which recounts how the neighborhood evolved over the past century .
